Caring for your teeth and gums helps you stay healthy!

You can take good care of your teeth by brushing, flossing and protecting them from injury!

It is a good idea to have a daily cleaning plan for you teeth

It is important to brush at least twice a day to remove harmful bacteria.

It also removes food particles and helps loosen plaque! Which helps keep cavities away!!!

Use short, back-and-forth movements on all of your teeth!

If you do not have a toothbrush handy, try using a twig! Like this!!
