γ Ganymede ΓΑΝΥΜΉΔΗΣ Γανυμήδης

Greek Myth Ganymede was the son of Tros, King of Troy. Carried off by Zeus, while he was disguised as an eagle, to Mount Olympus because of his beauty. The relationship between Zeus and Ganymede has been often debated Ganymede was to serve as cupbearer to the gods. Zeus compensated Ganymede’s father by offering him the best horses possible. Ganymede was given immortality and eventually turned into the constellation Aquarius

Modern Day Seventh moon of Jupiter and is the largest moon in our solar system. It is the ninth largest object in the solar system.
