Report issue to Vada immediately/ASAP. Dealing with Coaches – “BE a team.” *Do not engage in confrontation. Report issue to Vada immediately/ASAP. Cardinal Sins of Football Practice Dline drills with no football Offensive center with no football “Run it Again 15x” during team offense The “One Line” or “Low Rep” drills (Bull in the ring or one single drill with three coaches). Run a Great Practice Get kids reps! Don’t earn your dissertation on the field, - Use pre-practice for chalk talk Have a plan! Don’t “wing” practice – the kids deserve better. -Always use Big Three – Indy, Group, Team Take advantage of every moment! Condition with a cadence from your QB, backpedal drills with coach during form run, etc. Use Great Drills to Teach Fundamentals QB Progression in pre-practice (BE Video) QB/RB Time ups (BE Video) Tackle Circuits/Stations Oline “Bird Dog” Stance and Starts LB & secondary read drills HAVE FUN.
