Mindfulness

One minute of silent meditation https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OnYc_lIQHLQ

My challenge to You: Over the long weekend, during at least one activity—be completely present for that activity. Maybe its riding your bike, a sport you participate in, dancing, singing, drawing, writing, eating, walking, washing dishes, folding laundry, driving, or just sitting and breathing. Maybe its alone. Maybe you are with a close friend or group of friends. Be completely 100% in that moment. Note everything around you. Note your thoughts. Don’t judge your thoughts. Allow them to drift away like bubbles floating up to the clouds. Just be present. Be ready to discuss the experience in class next week. 

We can be mindful in everything
