Revision of the Staff Regulations - Procedure Staff Regulations are subject to co-decision Proposal launched by the European Commission in November 2011 European Parliament took its position as regards the proposal in April 2012 In July 2012, 8 Member States wrote to the European Commission requesting calculations on savings in the context of the Staff Regulations Any further progress is linked to the overall negociations on the Multiannual Financial Framework (Council meeting 22-23/11/2012)
