Why Start a Wellness Program? What to expect in 2019 April – Official Launch “Blood Pressure Companion” – Advertised at Launch (5pts = Completion). There will be a scale and blood pressure machine at each location. 30 Days Start – April/May Points throughout the program will end up equaling wellness dollars. Since this is the first year we’ll wait until the last quarter of the year to decide the value. Budgets and participation will make this determination

2019 Continued May - “Track” Your Beach Body! Itrackbites myfitnesspal Many other apps you can use

2019 Continued June (End of) through early August - Lots of people out on vacations, etc. *We try to minimize programming at this time. August (End of) – “Waterlogged“(5pts) 30 days to 6 weeks October – Sworkit (5pts) 30 days Live Lunch-n-learns are available to support these programs if you are interested as a group.

2019 Continued November – Total points earned will equate to wellness dollars. We’ll start to talk about what’s to come. *There are other items that you can complete that will equate to wellness dollars. There will likely be a cap, but overall participation will dictate the budget. Race Event Gym attendance – Report (provide average of 3 days per week over 8 weeks Soccer league, hockey league, etc. Other (open to suggestions from the group) All programming for this location must be approved by Pat Descarage/Sylwia Wygonik

2019 Continued Fall- Health Assessment – (10pts) Questionnaire = 10-15 minutes to fill out Fall (In conjunction with HA) - Blood Work – 10pts) Full blood panel (on-site), or at a local LabCorp facility You can also turn in blood work from your family physician if it has been done between Jan 1st and July 1st 2019 There is a link on the website to upload this information Fall - Reporting of results to your group (Blood Work/Health Assessment) One Stop Wellness reports in Aggregate data ONLY to your employer. Your Health Assessment report will contain certain numbers from your Blood Work. We’ll compare these numbers for up to 5 years so you can see the trend of your health.
