CSIP Process October - December 2018 CSIP Steering Committee met to develop the CSIP committee, create and conduct surveys, review data, and finalize plans for CSIP process January 25 - 26, 2019 The entire CSIP committee met and developed plans for the Mission, Vision, Values, and Goals for the District January - February 2019 Sub-committees met to continue discussions and develop recommendations for action plans Danielle Tormala

CSIP Process- continued February - April 2019 CSIP Steering Committee met to review sub-committee recommendations and prepare the final recommendation for approval by the Board of Education April 11, 2019 Presentation to the Board of Education Ongoing throughout 2019 - 2024 Central Office Administration will monitor the CSIP progress & provide updates to the Board of Education at the appropriate times Steering Committee will meet once per year to review progress and make updates based upon the needs of the District A formal & comprehensive presentation will be given to the Board of Education at least annually Danielle Tormala
