Potential Sites – Primary Location Utilities Existing GFW Middle School & Lions Park: Water – 3rd Ave. & 2nd Street have 6” main; Elm Dr. has 8” main Sewer – 3rd Ave. has 10” main; 2nd Street has 8” main; interior site has 12” main Storm – 3rd Ave. has 12” main; east interior has 22” drain tile; southern interior has 36” main Electric – 3rd Ave. has three-phase power to existing site Natural Gas – 3rd Ave. & 5th Ave. have 2” plastic main

Potential Sites – Primary Location Existing Location Considerations: Existing Middle School could be renovated with a new addition to meet one-school option needs (Original A.2 option at $35.7 million) Memorial Park Ballfield is currently utilized for baseball athletics eliminating the need for any new facilities Lions Park ballfields and other recreation facilities could be utilized or augmented to suit GFW athletic needs without full replacement Location is off-highway on city streets for greater student safety and traffic flow. Ample off-street parking already available.
