People are willing, but they are not acting. I. Problem Search The discrepancy between peoples’ willingness and action in charity. [INSERT IMAGE FILES] Why won’t people stop to sign their names for a good cause? Why won’t people spend 3000 won to help a needy homeless person? There are many charity organizations out in the streets seeking our attention. Statistics show that 89% of the population is willing to donate, but only 0.9% take them in to action.** (source needed) People are willing, but they are not acting.

Vision Statement for alternative Dissecting the problem : II. Problem Definition Low conversion rate (from willingness to action) Why? Limited Scope (Mainly to underprivileged, starving children) Lack of transparency (Where, when, how and to whom am I benefiting?) Lack of personalization (Am I truly making a difference?) Time Consumption (Is it really worth the time?) Our assessment criteria for possible alternatives: Transparency, Personalization, Convenience Wider Scope  Finding an innovative solution to cover all dimensions Vision Statement for alternative Integrate(embed) “visible charity” in to our daily life!
