How to use your tasc hra debit card For Office Visits, Laboratory Tests, X-Ray Services, Therapy, In-Patient / Out-Patient Hospital Services. (No Referrals needed. Pre-certification and Prior Authorization may apply.) Present your Aetna ID Card to all Providers at Time of Service. In most cases you will not be required to pay at Time of Service. Provider will submit charges to Aetna. Aetna will process the claim and send you a detailed Explanation of Benefits (EOB) indicating the amount you owe the Provider, based on what was applied to your Deductible for each Date of Service. Provider will send you an Invoice with the corresponding amount for that Date of Service. Pay your Provider: Call or mail the information listed on your TASC Debit Card to the facility for payment using your card as you would an ordinary credit or debit card. Pharmacy instructions (retail & mail order prescriptions) Present your Aetna ID Card Pharmacy will charge you the Aetna Discounted Rate for each Prescription (which is then applied to your Deductible). Pay the Pharmacy (or Mail Order) using the TASC HRA card, just as you would with any other credit/debit card.
