Lake Arrowhead Elementary: Respect for All Rim of the World Unified School District and Lake Arrowhead Elementary are committed to developing personal positive character attributes within all our students. Below are some, but certainly not all, ways respect is integrated into our daily instructional approaches. Respect: due regard for the feelings, wishes, rights, or traditions of others.

Lake Arrowhead Elementary: Respect for All Respect: due regard for the feelings, wishes, rights, or traditions of others. 6 Pillars of Character Traits-Respect, Responsibility, Trustworthiness, Caring, Fairness, Citizenship: focus on 2 per trimester and students recognized at trimester awards assemblies Motivational “Character Traits” posters displayed around campus Principal’s Monday Motivation biweekly quotes (virtues) and student reflections Positive Behavior Interventions & Support (PBIS) Focus Areas LAE 3 Bes: BE SAFE; BE RESPECTFUL; BE RESPONSIBLE PBIS: LAE’s student behavioral expectation matrix and Classroom atrix Positive Student Behavior Acknowledgement: Cubbie Coupons Character Traits Teacher lessons & exemplar texts to support
