By around 930 BCE, Judaism was divided into a southern Kingdom of Judah and a northern Kingdom of Israel.

In 587 BCE King Nebuchadnezzar II of Babylon conquered Judah.

538 BCE Cyrus the Great of Persia captures Babylon

509 BCE Political revolution overthrew that last Roman King Lucius Tarquinius Superbus

332 BCE the Persians were defeated by Alexander the Great.

Alexander the Great dies 322 BCE.
