Central ESS QC Installation Inspection Receival inspection NDT (X-ray, PT, UT etc.) Accredited Inspection Body AIB Accredited Body AB Final quality documentation SWOCOR Responsibility for the work environment, Health & Safety is Skanska C101 for the whole site Naming convension is not the same between TD and AD. Work is ongoing in a Installation Planning group to align the naming convension / Roles / responsibilities. Ex Coordinator ESS Inst Coord. Schedule / Cost / High level priorities ESS QC Overall responsible for quality. Make sure that the rules and guidelines from QC is followed in the projects Coordinate the NDT/inspection companies working at ESS Man QC out in the projects Site Admin: Over all Time schedule responsible Financial control for the Installations (Be aware at all time who is most costly to make the right priority decisions Framework agreement Make sure that the right frame work agreements is in place according to the requirements from the projects Temporary Services Services from already established contracts on site TD Installation Coordinator ACC Installation Coordinator NSS Installation Coordinator ICS Installation Coordinator CF Installation Coordinator Service from outside the project organization

Make sure that the rules and guidelines from ESS QC is followed in the project Coordinate in colaboration with central ESS QC the NDT/inspection performed in Target Building Site Admin: Document control (Support function for the WP) Time schedule follow-up for TD works Work Permit follow up Accommodation (Site & Hotel) Financial control (temporary services IK In-house or TD cost)(together with the WPL have an overview of cost impact for prioritization Procurement inst. hardware/manpower (Frame work agreement) NCR (Non Conformity Report) Framework agreement Make sure that the right frame work agreements is in place according to the requirements from the projects (ESS central function) Temporary Services Services from already established contracts on site Installation Manager WP3 Moderator & Reflector Installation Manager WP4 Monolith Systems Installation Manager WP5 Fluid Systems Installation Manager WP6 Remote Handling Installation Manager WP7 Target Control Service from outside the project organization

Target Project Three kinds of Installations 1. In-kind installations (50% of scope) 2. In-house installations (45% of scope) 3. Other (5% Planned or Orphan scope between above)
