AWARENESS PROGRAMME- An awareness programme was organized by Tapri Police in J.V.M Sholtu which was attended by senior classes and the teaching as well as non- teaching staff. The police imparted information about the traffic safety rules and drug abuse. Also information about Gudiya helpline and Hoshiar Singh helpline was imparted so that in case of urgency these help lines are used . .

FIRST AID AND FIRE SAFETY TRAINING- A two days First Aid training was given by faculty of Sanjeevani Hospital Sholtu to the teachers of J.V.M . The teaching and non-teaching staff also attended a one-day workshop based on Fire Safety and Disaster Management organized by CSR .

SATURDAY ACTIVITIES- Our school organizes various activities for the students every 1st, 3rd and 5th Saturday of the month. On 17th March following activities were organized for various classes. Tiny tots of Nur & KG enjoyed sun bath and warm-up exercises in the open ground under the direct heat of the Sun. The students of class I and II actively participated in the singing and dancing . Every student tried to perform his best since this activity was a break from their routine studies.

WOMEN’ S DAY- On the occasion of Women’s Day the students of classes VI to VIII expressed their emotions towards their mothers in general and women in particular through card making. The students showed the different roles a woman plays in the society through their card-making.

SPECIAL ASSEMBLIES- Special assemblies on Ram Navami and Good Friday were held in which the students of different classes participated enthusiastically. A fabulous dance was performed by the students of class IX on the occasion of Ram Navami.

A play on Good Friday was enacted by the students of classes VII and VIII wherein the teachings of Jesus Christ and his followers were depicted through his teachings.

BEST OUT OF WASTE- Students of class VI to X showed their immense creativity by making the best use of waste and thus created beautiful things out of waste.

RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES- Class Nur and KG participated enthusiastically in palm printing activities. The tiny tots of J.V.M. were very excited to colour their little hands and palms with their favourite colours and made impression on the blank sheets. Class I and II students were involved in creating a beautiful flower garden using their imagination. Another activity organized for them was to colour their favourite cartoon character.
