Amanda Michelle When: 4/11-4/15 Prediction: 100% of nurses will know status of referrals and time tracking will decrease by 1 hour Results: Tracking time decreased by .30 minutes total (data collection and data review) 100% nurses knew referral status 90% recorded properly. Act: Adapt: Review /Reeducate nurses on how to use form Review /Reeducate nurses on how to use ASQ tracking form (See test #1) 4/18-4/22 100% of nurses will know status of referrals and time tracking will decrease by 1 hour.
