Dekker Warranty Policy What is not included? Products disassembled by the customer. Maintenance items: oil, seals, bearings, filters, vanes, etc. Any products misused or neglected or damaged because of customers’ application. Third party components are subject to manufactures’ warranty.

Pump / System Failure Product failures must be reported directly to Dekker immediately. Customer is expected to do basic troubleshooting and take pictures or videos if necessary. All field service work or service trips must be pre-authorized by Dekker.

Pump/Product Return Policy Purchase order is required to release a replacement pump or product. Dekker does not cover expedited shipping in any circumstance. Return Material Authorization (RMA) form must be completed by the customer or distributor. RMA number will be generated to return the original product. All product must be returned pre-paid. Collect freight will be refused. If found warrantable, after a complete evaluation, a credit memo will be issued in full including shipping. A minimum 25% restock fee applies. If product is damaged by customer as a result of mishandling or poor packaging for return shipment, this may be increased.

Field Service Work All field service work or service trips must be pre-authorized by Dekker. Maximum labor rate of $75/hour. Maximum mileage rate of $0.54/mile. Reasonable time limits will be determined by Dekker. Dekker will not cover additional time for technician errors or troubleshooting.
