Boxing Station Process: At each Boxing Station, a Wittmann Robot uses an End-of-Arm Tool to grip and remove two completed S2600/2700 INT/FE modules and runners from the mold. The robot positions the modules at the Degrater. The Degrater cuts the runner off of the modules. The Robot moves over the Runner barrel or Grinder to release the runners. The Robot places one module on the Collator. It then repositions the second module next to the first on the Collator.
Boxing Station Process: Once there are seven modules on the collating table, the Stop Bar extends up. The Pick & Pack assembly slides over the modules, and the Collator Pusher Arm pushes the modules together. The Pick & Pack then grips the modules and moves them to the opening above the Conveyor. Finally, the Pick & Pack assembly lowers the modules into the box, deposits the modules, and returns to its home position.
