New Eltis case studies - in progress

New case studies – Segmented to SUMP steps Step 7: Agree on clear responsibilities and allocate budgets. how did this work in practice. What obstacles did you meet? How did you overwon them? How did allocation of budgets worked out? What approach did you follow for making a budget plan Step 9: adopt the SUMP. What challenges did you meet in the process of preparing decision making? Did you have to make concessions? How did you convince politicians? What did you to create ownership for the plan? Step 10: Ensure proper management and communication (when implementing the plan). How do you keep public involved. How do you manage plan implementation (how many people, skills, etc)? How to maintain focus and stick to plan objectives? Step 11: Learn the lessons: how did you organise learning and evaluation of the process? How did you raised awareness about the relevance of this topic? How does learning and evaluation worked out in practice?

New case studies – Segmented to themes Sectoral, vertical and spatial integration How did initial contact took place with other departments/authorities? What was their first reaction? Were other stakeholders willing to cooperate or did they had to be convinced? How did you bring and keep them aboard? Balanced consideration of transport modes How to balance between modes? How did it work to create acceptance for modes that were not targeted before? Monitoring and evaluation How to put a proper monitoring an evaluation approach in place? Especially in small to medium sized cities. How do you set up data collection? How to create awareness for this topic?
