Agree what we will finish in the sprint Sprint Planning 1 Sprint goal Sprint backlog (Taskboard) Solution Agree what we will finish in the sprint Team commitment to achieving the sprint goal Team agreement that the items on the Sprint Backlog can be finished within the sprint

Agree how we will get everything done in the sprint Sprint Planning 2 Sprint Plan (tasks and activities) Solution and test designs, etc. Solution Agree how we will get everything done in the sprint Team has confirmed how we will get all of the work for the Sprint done Whole team knows how we will achieve our sprint goal Team has a common understanding of how solutions/stories will be built and tested

Solution Stand-up Team Plan for the day Plan our day based on what happened yesterday and what we need to get done in the sprint We have adjusted our plan based on learning from yesterday to ensure we still achieve our sprint goal Team member commitment to what needs to be achieved today to keep our sprint plan on track A plan for how we will deal with anything that is slowing or might slow us down today
