Meet regularly with your manager/supervisor to discuss your performance and development during the year. Both you and your manager/supervisor can add personal progress notes. Progress notes are private – you will only be able to see your own notes and not your manager/supervisor and vice-versa. Throughout the year, add notes relating to your objectives and performance indicators and click on ‘add’ to save them. Click on ‘Add unplanned objective’ to add objectives as they arise during the year. Click on ‘upload file’ to add any documents that support your progress and then click on ‘add’ to save uploaded document.
