Has NEAFC PSM achieved the desired results? The PSM together with other measures such as the IUU listing has resulted in enormous effect on IUU fishing; In 2006 there were 10 IUU vessels in NEAFC CA Since 2007 IUU Activity in the CA has, as far as we know, been eliminated.
