Chapter 11.3 Writing Inequalities

What does it mean to be INEQUAL?

What is an inequality? An inequality is a mathematical sentence that COMPARES quantities (number). An inequality like x < 5 or x ≥ 7 can be written to express how a variable compares to another number. Equations have ONE solution. Inequalities can have MANY solutions.
