When Cells Lose Control Part 2 Follow the lab procedures to prepare your slide. Make sure you have PPE on while preparing the slides. View your slides under the microscope. HELPFUL HINTS: Start with the stage all the way down and on the lowest power objective. Raise the stage all the way up, then use the coarse focus, finally use the fine focus. When changing to higher objective power ONLY USE THE FINE FOCUS. Complete the 3.1.3 Cancer Morphology Observation Form. Tape in journal. Work on conclusion questions.
