New Peer to Peer Log reporting document Initial Setup 2019 *New P2P logs will be in your RCN Dropbox folders by May 20

Enable Macros When you first open the report, if the Security Warning pops up, click Enable Content

If you save your own copy on your computer, make sure you save the file as Excel Macro-Enabled Workbook

Choose the current academic year from dropdown box 1st Pop-up when you open each workbook/worksheet after macro’s are enabled will be to make sure you update the Academic Year and Report cycle at the top of the page. *Curser should bring you to cell “A1” when you open the workbook Choose the current academic year from dropdown box ** If you don’t see the arrow for the dropdown box, make sure you are all the way to the left side of the page, using the left/right scroll arrow so you can see column B

Then change the reporting cycle You will want to use the Tab key to navigate through the spreadsheet Other changes: Any schools that are combined schools (e.g., K-8 or 8-12) have been separated into Elem, MS & HS for data collection purposes, please report the information accordingly as best you can. There will be a dropdown box to choose Yes/No to note if the program is active in each building There is an additional column for # of non-ASD students with an IEP in program Please only enter whole numbers for # of Mentors, Students with ASD and Non-ASD students. Do not enter a range like 15-20

Year established should be entered as a 4 digit year: The Grades Involved column should be a pop-up box, click all grades that apply. Then click OK Year established should be entered as a 4 digit year: 2017 or 2017-2018 There is a notes column at the end of each line. All data, if entered correctly, should calculate totals at the bottom each worksheet. This information can be entered on the Mid and Year End reports.
