New PRC code – 14.19.23.96 At 2nd wave of proposals (launched 25 July) a new description was proposed for 14.19.23.93 and 14.19.23.95, but it was not agreed by the MS. Change of the volume unit for some products Due to connection with CN of Prodcom code 14.31.10.90 (CN code 6115 96 99 00) it was proposed to change the unit measure from "pa" to "p/st" RESULT: according to "Exchange of View" received from MS, the proposal is rejected and the unit measure will not be modified PRC code Description Action CN code 14.31.10.90 Knitted or crocheted hosiery and footwear (including socks; excluding women’s full-length/knee-length hosiery, measuring <67decitex, panty-hose and tights, footwear with applied soles) 6217 106115[.10(.10 + .90) + .94 + .95 + .96(.10 + .91 + .99) + .99]. Change in CN structure of one PRC code Code 16.10.10.50 is excluding "Tropical woods", but by mistake it encloses CN code 4407 99 96, which is "Tropical wood, […]" The proposal is to remove CN code 4407 99 96 out of structure of 16.10.10.50 and to enclose it under 16.10.10.71, where it belongs: Please VOTE !!!
