Impostor Syndrome John Olsen

What is Impostor Syndrome? Impostor Syndrome is feelings of disarray that happen when information is present and when lies are being told (when the opposite is actually true). Syndrome is commonly experienced as self doubt or feelings of intellectual fraudulence. Feelings include that you aren’t good enough, smart enough, or up to the task of fulfilling someone’s needs. You are simply imposing as such.

How can use this information? 1. Use this information in order to boost your or someone’s self esteem. 2. Encourage yourself and one’s around you that you are better than what you think you are. This will help with symptoms of sadness, guilt, etc. 3. Inspire yourself to make better decisions and think positively of yourself. It doesn’t hurt to change simple routines in order to achieve happiness.
