Electoral Duties Without majority vote in electoral college, the House of Representatives elects the president---vote by states and majority wins Senate chooses the Vice—vote is individual and majority is needed

Impeachment “to bring charges against an individual” House has sole power to impeach but 2/3 Senate needed for conviction
