Important details you need to know! AP Testing – May 2019 Important details you need to know!

Test scores To get your test scores . . . Have a College Board account Know your email address Save your student pack number Scores will be reported in early July via your email and College Board account Test scores

Test day Know where your exam room is located. Arrive 5 to 10 minutes early! We are locking the doors at 7:15 AM for the morning exams 12 PM for the afternoon exams Test day

Test day You will . . . Have assigned seating. Not be allowed to leave early-- for any reason! Not be allowed to leave during the exam (except for dire restroom emergencies); the noise of people leaving/re-entering disrupts others. Test day

Materials Needed Bring #2 pencils Blue or black ballpoint pens A straight-edge/ruler or calculator if allowed for your exam Materials Needed

Snacks and Drinks You may have a beverage and a snack for the break. Your beverage and snack must be outside your backpack. You will not be allowed in your backpack during the test. You may not have a beverage or snack at your desk. This includes coffee. Snacks and Drinks

Cell Phones Don't bring them! But, if you do, you will Completely turn off the phone. Give it to the proctor. Retrieve it at the end of the test by showing picture ID to the proctor. If you do not have picture ID, you'll have to go to the office or Career Center to retrieve your cell phone. We will need to identify you using Skyward. Cell Phones

If your cell phone goes off during the exam, or if you are discovered using or in possession of your phone, you will . . . Have your phone confiscated Be dismissed from the exam (no refunds!) Face disciplinary consequences from ARHS Risk invalidating the scores of everyone in the room and face enduring public shame. Cell Phones

Attendance Late Arrival & Early Dismissal On test day, you're expected to be in class all day. If you miss school, it should be for a school-approved, excused reason.
