Bond Court Update June 30, 2019
Bond Court Screening Operational Presence of misdemeanants at 26th and California has not impacted CCH screening activities significantly-number reported by staff is usually less than 30. Staffing has been reduced due to family leave. One staff member is transitioning to a position in Cermak Health Services. There has not been internet connectivity for more than 6 weeks. As a result there is no use of screening tool. Team using a down time protocol. Will implement holistic screening using standard screening tool for those assessed to have higher needs to support care coordination referral. As we expand our efforts for this population, the Bond Court experience has been invaluable.
