Chart Audits… We sure do Tim! Hey Al, Do we have anything to help the staff out on their charting? “It’s the ‘Binford’ TTC-Self Audit tool 3000! This handy little tool is securely fastened to the front of every Trauma Chart – using a 6mm double prong, chisel point high carbon steel premium staple! Guaranteed to help even the most novice nurses (and don’t forget the most experienced nurses Al…) identify the critical points of this paper chart – such as totaling Intake and Output, Trauma Surgeon arrival time and so much more!
