GPA/ACT Sliding Scale NCAA Division I requires a minimum 2.3 core GPA. NCAA Division II requires a minimum 2.2 core GPA. The higher the core GPA, the lower the NCAA allows the ACT score to be. The NCAA take the sum of the ACT scores (add all the sub scores to get sum.) The NCAA DOES super-score the ACT.

Figuring core GPA 16 core courses are required for NCAA eligibility. A=4, B=3, C=2, D=1, F=0. Add all 16 core course points and divide by 16 to determine core GPA.
