THIS IS A STRICTLY NO SMOKING EVENT Year 11 Prom Information 1. Prom will start at 7pm and finish at 11pm 2.Tickets will be issued on Wednesday/Thursday (admittance will be by ticket only) 3. Any students under the influence of alcohol or any illegal substances will not be allowed entry 4.Bag/Person searches will take place anything illegal will be confiscated. 5.A professional photographer has been organised prices are £10 each or 3 for £25 this is paid by cash on the evening. 6.Any students who have a food allergy or intolerance need to speak to Ms Peyton or Ms Bogle. 7.Any Student still needing a transport to the Prom please see Carol Sanderson in Finance. 8.Please don’t forget that you are all representing Beckfoot Oakbank so please be on your best behaviour. 9.Soft drinks are available to buy at the venue. Year 11 Blackpool Trip 1.Coaches will be leaving the top of the drive at 8.25am please come into school and meet outside Student Reception to be registered, coach lists will be placed in the Aitrium. 2.Please bring a packed lunch or Money to buy lunch and snacks in the Pleasure Beach you will not be allowed to leave the Pleasure Beach once inside. 3.Coaches will leave Blackpool at 3.30pm to return to school approx. 5.30pm Depending on traffic.

Locker Keys Please can you ask all students who have a locker key to return the key to Finance (Wendy) at your earliest convenience or after you last exam.

Recycled Uniform If any student’s have any uniform they wish to recycle please could they drop it in to the Yr 11 office especially ties.
