Certification Demonstrates unique skills or abilities Certification is typically optional credential also some states or occupations may require
Certification/Licensing Federal, state or local Law may require Hire only employees with certain credentials Improve employee prospect for promotion Demonstrate to civilian employers their skills are on par
Apprenticeships An apprenticeship is a system of training a new generation of practitioners of a trade or profession with on-the-job training. Provide affordable paths to good jobs and, ultimately, careers.
