Accounts for year ended 31st July 2018 Community Share interest payment Committee propose to pay those Community Shareholders who did not waive their entitlement, 2.5% interest on their holding for the year 6th April 2018 to 5th April 2019. We aim to pay before the end of this tax year. This is in line with our prospectus and is being accrued in our accounts now. Please register your agreement by a show of hands. 14 14

Resolution to disapply the requirement to undertake a full professional audit for the 2017 - 18 Accounts All UK small companies are exempt from statutory audit if: Sales are less than £6.5m per annum or net assets are less than £3.26 m or less than 50 people are employed. Your Committee’s Recommendation therefore is that:- We do not undertake a full professional audit of the 2017-18 accounts and disapply in accordance with Rule 51 of the Rules of the Association (NB. The accounts have been viewed by an accountant, but not fully audited) RESOLUTION: That shareholders vote to accept this recommendation by show of hands 18 18
