Team building To help us work more effectively as a team we need to understand the team, its individuals and ourselves as a member of the team. The more we learn about each other the more we learn about ourselves.
Innovation and humour Not to be afraid of using appropriate humour to help progression. Think how things can be more memorable if we present it in a different way e.g. info graphics.
Celebration and Reward Have competitions to help progress the work including staff competitions. Celebrate the end and beginning of the phases and key milestones.
Different perspectives Visit places with suitable values Consider different locations for group meetings (always meeting in the same place generates the same type of thinking). Look for suitable speakers to share experiences with (both here and via visits).
