Hazardous Structures
Limestone sand was applied to the graded refuse, incorporated and then covered with soil material
2 feet of soil material was placed over the coal refuse.
Native stone was gleaned from the cover material for use as rip-rap.
After incorporating ag -lime and fertilizer ; seed was applied and the site was mulched.
