Governance, meeting schedule & reporting Major budget for “detector build scope” Total estimated to be around 10 ME (CSPEC/T-REX/ESTIA/FREIA/NMX); requires mechanism to keep track of progress Report should include (x months cycle) Short summary of last x months Current activities Planned activities for the next x months Risks Update on risks on regular basis; monitor over time; understand critical path Incl. dependencies such as front-end/back-end electronics; Financials Budget and responsibility for scope transferred from instrument project (PD; CSPEC) to detector group (RHW; DG) Common understanding of what transfer of scope implies Need to keep overview; should be available via planners on monthly basis
