SITUATION Imagine the dialogue takes place in an airport. Consider that you’re the Receptionist and the guard. Treat your trainer as the passenger and build conversation with clues given in every slide. NOTE: MAKE THE KID TO UNDERSTAND THE SITUATION TO BUILD CONVERSATIONS.

AT THE SECURITY GATE 1.Asking for the Ticket and ID proof. 2.Thanking the security. 3.Proceeding to the Check in counter. NOTE: MAKE THE KID TO BUILD CONVERSATION WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED CLUES.

AT THE CHECK-IN COUNTER 1.Greet the passenger. 2.Recheck the passenger with ticket and ID proof. 3.Enquring about the baggage's to the passenger. NOTE: MAKE THE KID TO BUILD CONVERSATION WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED CLUES.
