Recognize limitations in conventional diagnostic and management approaches for stable ischemic heart disease (SIHD) 2. Describe how novel imaging tools are being used to understand prognosis of diffuse coronary artery disease (CAD) and coronary microvascular dysfunction (CMD) in symptomatic patients 3. Consider management implications of SIHD and CMD in specific populations, including women, diabetes and insulin resistance, nonobstructive and obstructive CAD, and myocardial injury and heart DISCLOSURE: Is there anything to disclose? In preparation for this event, we are hosting a storytelling workshop with Moth producer and StorySlam winner, Susanne Schmidt.
