LITERATURE REVIEW/EXISTING SYSTEM In existing system, the above company all transaction done by manual register paper based processing. Each and every transaction is using Ledger and paper receipts only. If any parties or customer are bring the product into Freezer, the security first entered and issued get pass to parties, the parties are submit get pass, office admin are enter basic details in ledger, like name, item name, weight, qty etc. after office admin also issue another receipt to warehouse admin, warehouse admin received receipt, and which lot are free, then stores that items, and mention warehouse name, which floor, and which lot are be items, partied again submit office admin, office admin are enter required information in master ledger. If get out items in parties these process in reverse way and finally partied taken zero qty then office admin calculated in rentals. This is lengthy process and complicated to manual existing system.

DISADVANTAGES OF EXISTING SYSTEM Manual Processing Need more man power Cannot find storage location Take much more time. Possible to miss place storage and complicated to rental calculation. Accounting are very risks Reports very complicated

PROPOSED METHODOLOGY In this proposed methodology, computerized and web based centralized server application to reduce all kind of existing drawbacks and comes in more features in real world environment. In this proposed system, in Freezer Transaction major roles are split, and given each responsibility. In this proposed system we can classified Goods Inward and Goods Outward, the above two main process easily achieved our goals. The above two processing very accuracy to goods stored in freezer locker and comes out exactly. And also rental calculation make very easy, receipts are automatically generated for each transaction.

ADVANTAGES OF PROPOSED METHOD Computerized and centralized server anywhere to access and monitor Less manpower Reduces time complexity Receipts are automatically generated for each transaction. Accounting is easily calculated. Easily find out freezer storage location via item name, warehouse, lot via. Easily filter any records. Freezer admin or owner anywhere to monitoring office transaction.

MODULES DESCRIPTION ROLE MODULE In this application have different roles such as Admin, Security, and Manager Roles. Each role have unique authentication task like login option. Each role is created in main admin modules. Each role have logged account and entered into this application. SECURITY MODULE In this module, security role are handling, if any parties or customer are entered freezer locker application, in this module to make get pass receipts. Without get pass, customer or partied cannot store goods in freezer locker. Next process must in get pass so in this module to handle this transaction. In this module via taken date, time, vehicle number, and processing status.

MODULES DESCRIPTION ADMIN MODULE Admin module is main module of this project. Admin is overall controller and handling whole application. Admin module has many more sub modules. MASTER MODULE Master module manage all required all master items in this application. Master module can manage Item master, Customer Master, etc.,

MODULES DESCRIPTION GOODS INWARD REQUEST MODULE In this module used to goods inwards requests. If any parties come to stored goods in freezer locker, then in this module help top get all required data’s, and generated warehouse receipts and sent to warehouse department, warehouse department collect receipts and stored goods in warehouse and mention the receipt warehouse name, floor, lot number information. After admin collect above information, and generated Good inwards memo receipts for customers.

MODULES DESCRIPTION GOODS OUTWARD REQUEST MODULE Customers or parties taken stored goods then used in this module, admin collect security token I,e get pass, if outward request then collect CR number in inward request, in this request processed and get goods stored location and all inwards information and generated outward request receipt to mention with warehouse name, floor, lot number to warehouse department. Warehouse managers or staffs collect receipt to find exact locations, and mention how much goods are retrieved information. Admin collect above information’s and give receipts to customers. In that time, customer is taken all goods then zero qty then our application are automatically calculated rentals.

MODULES DESCRIPTION ACCOUNTS MODULE In this module help to manage accounts, good outwards zero qty then rental calculated and redirect payment receivable sections. In this section collect rental payments, and collect outstanding or advance payments. In this module also help to expenses, and daybook accounts, monthly book accounts etc. REPORTS In this module get any kind of reports in this application. Like item reports, customer reports, inward request reports, outward request reports, accounts reports, daybook reports, monthly reports, outstanding reports etc.
