Departure and Arrival Children will be required to be at school for 1PM on Sunday 23rd June to ensure that departure is prompt. Miss Bourne, Miss Gold and Mr Miah will be accompanying children and we will be at school ready for the children’s arrival. We will leave the school site as soon as all children are accounted for. (Non-British children must bring their passport, ID card and/or relevant documentation prior to leaving on Sunday). We will be taking a coach to Dover and cross to Blanes, France. We will then be travelling overnight until we reach our destination in Lloret de Mar.

Departure and Arrival Please ensure your child has food for the journey! We will be eating dinner on the ferry at about 6:30 Sunday evening – they will need food packed for this (sandwiches, crisps, nothing that needs to be heated up) Lunch will be provided as soon as we arrive at the hotel – a buffet lunch! We anticipate our arrival at school to be around 3PM on Friday 28th June however a member of staff will keep in touch with the school office and a message will be sent to parents to keep you posted.

Communication Social media will be updated daily to ensure that you are aware of what your children are doing. You can also keep informed by looking out for posts made on our website. Children will not be permitted to carry electrical items of any kind.

Accommodation We will be staying at Hotel Motevista, which is located close to the beach in Lloret de Mar. Rooms accommodate three children per room. Children will have access to all amenities provided by the hotel including the use of the pool. This will be supervised at all times.

Kit list A kit list has been sent out to all parents prior to the half term break. If you require another, please take another. It is important that your child is well-equipped for this trip so please ensure you provide them will all the necessary items. Please ensure your child comes with travel sickness tablets and plastic bags in case they are unwell on the coach journey.
