This feeling bases on an individual perception of satisfaction. OB Job satisfaction: Is the level of content a person feels towards his or her job. This feeling bases on an individual perception of satisfaction.

Levels of job satisfaction 1. Affective: is a person feeling about the job as a whole. 2. Cognitive: is a person feeling about some aspects of the job. Satisfaction …………… outcomes fulfill expectation.

Factors influencing job satisfaction 1. Compensation. 2. The work itself (work conditions: comfort-salary- resources). 3. Promotion opportunities (more prestigious title). 4. Relationship with supervisors. 5. Better communication is more likely to lead to a high level of job satisfaction. 6. Interaction and work relationship with coworkers.

Leadership: Is the ability to influence others to achieve the objective of the organization.

Effective leadership: It means the highest levels of performance with the available resources, skills and technology.

Characteristics for effective leadership 1. ability to supervision. 2. willingness to work hard for success. 3. ability to a quire new knowledge. 4. ability to understand. 5. ability to make decisions and solve problems. 6. self confidence.

Parameters for measuring leadership: Production (required schedule prediction) Efficiency (output more than input) Satisfaction (human relationship between staff members)

Types of leadership 1. autocratic (centralized) 2. democratic (decentralized) 3. participative (delegation and participation)

Risk management: Is the process of identifying and assessing different types to minimize the impact of negative events.
