Part 1: Building a path Create a path from an idea to a happy customer Function Activity Create a path from an idea to a happy customer 30 minutes Write down activities and functions needed to reach the goal The goal is a physical product Notes that form a process must touch Activities related to all parts of the process can stay separate Please do not draw on the board

Part 2: Real-world challenges Function Activity Challenge! Draw real-world challenge cards to test your process 30 minutes A deck of business challenges on your tables Pick up one challenge at a time Discuss how the challenge is addressed by the functions and activities you have Add new functions or activities when you can’t tackle a challenge with the original functions and activities
