Introduction to AEP Since 2001, eOne Solutions has provided superior products and services to help customers customize, integrate, automate and report on their ERP and CRM Data. When a customer purchases an eOne product via the perpetual license model, they are required to pay eOne’s AEP (annual enhancement plan) fee. www.eonesolutions.com

Annual Enhancement Plan benefits include: 1 2 Regular Hotfixes Service Packs If an urgent need arises to fix an issue affecting a large majority of customers, eOne releases a hotfix as soon as possible. If there’s a need to release new functionality and multiple fixes on product release, eOne will address those together and issue a service pack at an appropriate time. 3 4 Functional Releases Support Incidents Routinely scheduled product releases which provide new features and address any known issues. Two support incidents per year (for renewals after July 1, 2019). 4 Support & Services The ability to work with eOne’s support and services team.

2019 Pricing Changes Since the individual releases of each eOne product, we’ve added new features while refusing to raise AEP prices. In Q3 2019, we are moving to a standard AEP price of 20% of the current perpetual license price of each individual product and adding another AEP benefit. www.eonesolutions.com

New AEP Benefit Each renewal paid after July 1, 2019 will receive two free support incidents in addition to all the benefits they’ve received in the past. www.eonesolutions.com

How is AEP calculated? AEP is calculated at 20% of the current retail perpetual license price as of July 1st, 2019. If a customer chooses to renew in advance of the pricing changes (in effect July 1, 2019), the AEP amount due is based on eOne’s 2019 Q2 Price List. EXAMPLE Smartlist Builder Customer Renewal (in USD) AFTER July 1st = $510 (List Price of $2550 & 20%) BEFORE July 1st = $341.25 (List Price of $1950 * 17.5%) www.eonesolutions.com

Existing Customer AEP Scenarios For Existing Extender, Flexicoder, Node Builder, and SmartPost Customers. If the customer is currently on the perpetual license model, they have two options: PERPETUAL LICENSE PERPETUAL LICENSE Option 1 Option 2 ___ ___ Pay before July 1st to have AEP calculated on 17.5% of perpetual list price. Receive Traditional AEP Benefits. Pay after July 1st to have AEP calculated on 20% of perpetual list price. Stay with SmartConnect on premise and pay annual enhancement as per normal ($1,400 annually). Purchase the Standard, Professional or Premium subscription level at a 40% discount.
