What’s the Plan? 1. Understand we cannot fix all clubs at the same time – we don’t have the resources Understand that this is a multi-year effort -- Strategic Plan 3. ID one club per District Area Historical data Club assessments Arrange a meeting with Club President, PE, and PN (if identified) and other interested concerned members.
