What’s the Plan? 1. Understand we cannot fix all clubs at the same time – we don’t have the resources Understand that this is a multi-year effort -- Strategic Plan 3. ID one club per District Area Historical data Club assessments Arrange a meeting with Club President, PE, and PN (if identified) and other interested concerned members. DG, DGE, DGN, District Membership Chair

What’s the Plan? Identify the reasons their club is endangered Explain how we will work with them Identify what push-back they can expect and ways to work through it GET THEIR BUY-IN and CONTRACT SIGNED Begin the GRAT process
