1. Goals and Success Criteria Review goals & objectives established in sales Landscape of company: size, processes, types of work Are there any urgencies? How do you define success? Are there any known concerns? Do you have a roll-out plan? What are your usage expectations at go-live? All jobs in the system (large and small)? Complete financial planning for all jobs? All work orders created in JobCheck for all jobs? All PM’s managing jobs using the mobile app? Production meetings conducted using JobCheck?

5. Incentive Program Does your team and staff know anything about JobCheck? How will you enroll them in the change? How do you plan to motivate your team? How do you plan to keep them engaged and committed to roll-out success? Have you considered incentives?

6. Timelines What is your go-live date? How can we plan a timeline that will help you achieve that?
