Questions Regarding the Readings General Results Readings were easy to understand Followed Logical Order Understanding of ERP Systems Scale used Significant Issue

Table Results

Learning Outcomes Majority of students felt that they had learned something from the presentation Exceptions

What is ERP? Integrates all data and processes of an organization into a unified system Almost everyone had a general understanding of the definition Clarifications: Not for customer use (yet) Not for use by suppliers (yet)

Your Questions What are some of the horror stories of companies attempting to implement ERP? Hershey What is the failure rate/success rate for ERP installs? Mixed Information General Consensus of data

Your Questions What type of daily application do the ERP systems have, some examples of what they do. Access to customer information Information in customers files Some examples of companies that use ERP? Insurance Companies Banks

Your Comments More engaging, slower pace I would have liked more then just the reading section, maybe more movie clips Question #1 put it in order from DISAGREE to neutral to AGREE. Good info on how the systems effect a company...needed more info on the actual ERP systems though.

Your Comments Using highly technical information doesn't make you seem smarter... being able to simplify it and relate it to something a senior in BA would easily make a connection to is smarter. Was just chatty Some sort of activity or something would have aided, possibly some examples of the modules used in ERP.

Your Comments One slide had more words on it than I have ever seen before Reduce the 'umm's' and 'uh's'. Possibly use a case study Did well girls, were quite nervous
