Look across the rugged device landscape and even vendors who are releasing new Windows devices are offering them on Android as well – because they know you’re going to need to be there in the next few years.

What does this mean for enterprise systems? Windows may be a “dead end”, but your enterprise systems are working just fine. So, just because the mobile device platform is changing, it can’t disrupt the systems you have in place and depend on.
