Adjacent and connected to the hotel, the development includes a tower of apartment residences soaring 104 floors on what will become the tallest structure in the region. The Ice Tower will include a Las Vegas Style Casino with 30,000 Sq. Ft. of gaming area and a world class Spa with 12,000 Sq. Ft. of usable area.
