My Placement? Created as a result of the skills gap many teachers lack experience of industry and have limited knowledge of STEM career opportunities or vocational routes developing and inspiring teachers to bring careers alive in the classroom will have a powerful impact on large numbers of students

Impact on teachers ‘professionally life-changing’, reinvigorated sense of purpose much greater awareness of STEM career opportunities and skills required motivated to improve STEM careers provision in school lasting relationship with host employer or university
